Tingsha bell are used for Meditation and in healing, space clearing and sound therapy. The sound of this Tingsha (cymbals) is high pitched use for cleansing space and energizing. Tibetan Tingsha are played by hitting the two edges together and then allowing them to move apart from each other so that the tone can resonate throughout the room.

Tap them together three times in each corner of the room at anti-clockwise direction while at the same time thinking of the energy that you would like to remove.

Tingsha for Meditation:

By striking one cymbal against the edge of the other produce a clear, pure, cleansing sound which can be used to focus the mind before and after meditation.
