Tingsha bells are used for Meditation and in healing, space clearing, and sound therapy. The sound of this Tingsha (cymbals) is high pitched use for cleansing space and energizing. The Tingsha Bells are usually accompanied by other Tibetan singing bowls, gong sounds, or crystal bowls, and other instruments.

Tingsha For Space Cleansing:

Tap them together three times in each corner of the room in an anti-clockwise direction while at the same time thinking of the energy that you would like to remove.

Tingsha for Meditation:

Striking one cymbal against the edge of the other produces a clear, pure, cleansing sound that can be used to focus the mind before and after meditation.
